Quincy Malesovas

CQuincy Malesovas is a Latinx-American food journalist, writer and the founder of GRUEL – an experimental dining platform designed to foster (sub)cultural discourse through food and provide a platform for this with an unconventional approach to hospitality. Drawing on her Greek and Puerto Rican heritage, Quincy is passionate about exploring the culinary traditions of these cultures and providing a space for others to connect with their own. Through her writing and events, she aims to use food as a tool for reflection, education and connection.

Quincy is a contributor to our publication, Sobremesa.
