SOBREMESA: Issue 1

'Sobremesa (plural: sobremesas): Time spent at the table after eating; the habit of relaxing at the table after a good meal. “Sobremesa'' is a digital publication featuring recipes passed down through generations, original art works, photography and written works centred around the Latin American diaspora in Australia’s connection to food, community and stories.

Our first edition of Sobremesa, a publication about Latinx food, culture and art, launched at Schoolhouse Studios on Friday December 6, 2024. We thank everyone who joined us to celebrate this launch.
